I am eligible to enrol for Federal elections i.e. I am 17 years of age or older, I am an Australian citizen (or a British citizen who was on the Australian Electoral roll on 25 January 1984) and I have lived at the above address for at least one month.

I consent to this form being forwarded to the Australian Electoral Commission in support of the party’s application for registration as a political party.

Therefore, a printed copy of this form containing your details, will be returned to you for signature and return to us via reply paid envelope. At that time you will be provided with details of how you can pay a membership subscription (if applicable - Associate Membership is free), and/or to make a donation if you wish.
